Description:
The Mirror target is performing unecessary scans at the target node.
This will cause a performance issue.
Before this users had to bump the ack retry parameters to avoid missing acks.
After this change you can use more conservative values.

I'm validating scenarios with failures on a mirrored configuration.
No issues found... and I'm keeping the test.
This is a large test and it takes 2.30 minutes to run it under soak tests.
