IMPALA-15348: Update TCLIService.thrift to include UNKNOWN type
Current CDP dependency contain Hive jars created with newer version
of TCLIService.thrift. This patch updates the thrift file to be closer
to the state in CDP dependency.
For motivation see https://gerrit.cloudera.org/#/c/24821/, which
needs this change for tests to pass.
