I’m picking this up and will move it forward.
[~stigahuang] You've mentioned in the description that we need the metrics for
"1s" as well but I think that the interval is too short for meaningful EWMA and
would be very noisy. Instead we should use the standard Dropwizard metrics of
1/5/15 minute EWMA values. Also MetastoreEventsProcessor uses same intervals.
Id like to get your inputs on this.
