Description:
The test_otel_trace.py file is missing these test cases:
1. Assert the trace is correctly generated when the query is rejected during
admission control.
2. Assert tracing is correct when multiple sqls are combined into one (such as
`invalidate metadata tbl;select * from tbl`).
