Impala uses a minimal AWS bundle to avoid importing the full dependency. This
is particularly useful in reducing the size of container images that only
contain Impala and its dependencies. However in some packaging scenarios,
Impala is part of other binaries that depend on the full AWS bundle; including
the minimal AWS bundle instead increases the size of this distribution.
Provide an option to build Impala with the full AWS SDK bundle instead of the
minimal-s3a-aws-sdk for these distributions.
