When building impala-udf-samples, there are linker issues due to missing
library. Both Cloudera's `udf-devel-rpm` and apache Impala's `udf-devel-rpm`
uses `ImpalaUdf-retail` as the release library. We should fix the Makefile so
that it builds out of the box without needing changes.
