[~stigahuang] Yes. We have been building Impala with USE_APACHE_HIVE=true for a
while in test environment. We have not tested if it also works well with
USE_APACHE_COMPONENTS=true.
Seems that after IMPALA-13395, we can't explicitly set
USE_APACHE_{HADOOP,HBASE,HIVE,TEZ,RANGER} variables, they will be overridden in
any case.
