It's not that easy to remember the command to start a Ranger authorization
enabled Impala cluster:

bin/start-impala-cluster.py --impalad_args="--server-name=server1
--ranger_service_type=hive --ranger_app_id=impala
--authorization_provider=ranger" --catalogd_args="--server-name=server1
--ranger_service_type=hive --ranger_app_id=impala
--authorization_provider=ranger"{code}
It'd be helpful to add an option in bin/start-impala-cluster.py for this.
