Is it enough to use IMPALA_HIVE_MAJOR_VERSION or IMPALA_HIVE_VERSION with
USE_APACHE_HIVE? When USE_APACHE_HIVE is true, IMPALA_HIVE_VERSION can be set
to any 2.x, 3.x or 4.x versions.
