The code in ConvertToCNFRules.java (soon to be changed to CoerceNodes with
IMPALA-14061) contains a "toCNF" method. It is currently hardcoded to 100
because a tpcds query breaks when using the default 200 given by the
max_cnf_exprs query option. But somehow we should get the two in sync (or
create a new one for Calcite)
