The TpcdsCpuCostPlannerTest.java junit test (not created for Calcite as of this
Jira creation, but should be in shortly) compares the explain plan for tpcds
queries run against Calcite.
Eventually, we will want to check the Logical Calcite plan for consistency.
There is no "explain" syntax existing for this yet, but this should be created
soon. When it is created, we should add cbo validation to these junit tests
