The following tests in test_query_log.py can also be moved to exhaustive:
* class TestQueryLogTableBasic
** test_lower_max_sql_plan
** test_sql_plan_too_long
** test_no_query_log
** test_dedicated_coordinator_with_mt_dop
* class TestQueryLogOtherTable -- all tests
* class TestQueryLogTableFlush
** test_flush_on_shutdown
** test_shutdown_flush_timed_out
