IMPALA-14067: Bump glog version to 0.6.0 in Impala
Some minor changes were needed on the Impala side because of changes in
glog (for example some variables and function parameters were changed
from signed to unsigned integer types).
Testing:
- passed exhaustive DEBUG tests
- core ASAN tests
