Impala primarily interacts with cgroups to determine the memory limit at
startup. This is particularly important when the cgroup has a tighter memory
limit than the Impalad would otherwise calculate. It prints some information
about the memory settings for the cgroup at startup.
It would be useful to print additional information about the cgroup for
debuggability. Printing the cgroup paths and some of the more important
settings (CPU shares / limits, memory limits) would be useful for debugging.
