Description: IMPALA-11623 separated out *ir.cc files into their own
libraries, but in be/src/udf/CMakeLists.txt the UdfIr library was not added as
a dependency of the ImpalaUdf libraries. This way the source file udf-ir.cc,
which was previously included in it, is now not included. (was: IMPALA-11623
