The data cache requires a file system that supports hole punching, so there is
a check at startup that verifies the data cache's filesystem supports that
properly. Right now, this could fail startup with a message like:

F1210 18:04:58.515200 1 impalad-main.cc:72] Unexpected pre-punch file size
for /opt/impala/cache/704ee2ed4d9c5612:152c5ce154699289: expected 65536 but got
134217728{noformat}
This is too cryptic. We should add more descriptive message explaining that
this is about the data cache and possible remedies.
