Description: In the catalogD logs, there is scope for improve COMMIT_TXN
event logging. It would nice see info about progress of this event in the logs.
(was: Currently in the catalogD logs, the only log message we see for a
COMMIT_TXN is the following:

I1121 07:29:09.563233 26392 MetastoreShim.java:845] EventId: 57969 EventType:
COMMIT_TXN transaction id: 4187 {code}
There is no info about the processing of this event in the logs. It would nice
see info about progress of this event in the logs.)
