It sounds like you're on the right track with ISBG and SpamAssassin. You're 
correct that SpamAssassin's learning process works best when the mailbox and 
the server are the same. Since your mail is on a remote server, ISBG can bridge 
that gap. The --learnspambox option in ISBG is indeed used to help SpamAssassin 
learn what is considered spam and adjust its filtering accordingly. It 
essentially automates the training process by identifying spam emails based on 
the contents of a designated spam folder.
