I support adoption, although I note that draft-kampanakis-ml-kem-ikev2 has not
been adopted yet. If the authors of that document wanted it to be adopted, I'd
propose that standardising PQ key exchange is the more important thing for the
WG to focus its PQ efforts for now.

If we're confident we have the bandwidth to work on both at the same time, then
go for it :)

Best,
Ben

Subject: [IPsec] WG Adoption call of draft-reddy-ipsecme-ikev2-pqc-auth

As our charter is now updated, this document is working on the following
charter item:

Post-quantum Cryptography (PQC) brings new authentication and key
establishment methods. The working group will develop support for
using PQC algorithms. The solution will allow post quantum
authentication methods to be performed on their own or along with
the existing authentication methods. This work item may also
include solutions for transport issues because of larger payload
    and message sizes.

This email will start two week working group adoption call for
draft-reddy-ipsecme-ikev2-pqc-auth document. If you are in favor of adopting
this document for the initial work document for the PQC auth work item, reply
this email. And especially if you have any objections adopting this document as
base document, reply this email by explaining your objections.

Note, that this is just adopting the initial document, the working group is
free to make any changes we agree on to the document after the document is
adopted.
