Hi, you presented this before. I don't see significant changes that merit more
WG time.
It's completely outside our charter.
Historically, the IPsec WG has declined to deal with manually keyed systems
(even IPsec), which this system is.
In order to make this work, you really need a group key distribution system.
Maybe you could use g-ikev2 for this, I don't know.
But, section 6.1 of the document seems to make this out-of-scope, preferring
pre-shared keys.
If I were chair, I'd say no.
