RFC4301 seems to use:
anti-replay features: 3
anti-replay mechanism: 2
anti-replay service: 1
anti-replay integrity: 1
so I think we can use ARF, ARM, ARS, or ARI in addition to ARP. The
problem with ARP is that address resolution protocol (ARP) is well
known acronym in network area, so I would rather use something else
than ARP...
