During the presentation of https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/118/materials/slides-118-ipsecme-update-on-draft-mrossberg-ipsecme-multiple-sequence-counters-01 at the IPSECME meeting today Michael Richardson asked for **use cases** of why the transport layer header should be sent in the clear.
I agree that it would be important to see and discuss these use cases. Ciao Hannes
