[IPsec] New PAKE Criteria draft posted

  A new PAKE criteria draft has been posted to the I-D repository at:

      http://www.ietf.org/id/draft-harkins-ipsecme-pake-criteria-00.txt

It describes a different approach to selection criteria and considerations
than that provided by the other similarly-named I-D.
