Dear developer:
I tried to build Iotivity-1.3_rel with arg TARGET_ARCH=arm on
Rapberry 3 Model B instead of linux, and it built successfully. However,
when I ran simpleclient and simpleserver, it didn't work,
the server kept waiting and the client kept finding, I don't know what the
problem.
