It seemed there's no remaining disagreement to switching away from the
cherry-pick strategy setting in gerrit, but it still hasn't happened.

I find I'm now able to make this change - I tested that on the largely
inactive iotivity-xmpp project last week and it seemed to "take".

So if someone doesn't yell "no wait, stop" in the next day or so, I'll
flip the setting in iotivity and send out a message.

I note that a few of the other projects also have the cherry-pick
setting: iotivity-constrained, iotivity-contrib, iotivity-node. All the
other projects showing on the Gerrit list-of-projects page are already
set to the "Merge if Necessary" strategy. Should those also be flipped,
or do those projects want to discuss the setting amongst the members first?

On iotivity-node: that's hosted on github
(https://github.com/otcshare/iotivity-node) and even exists in the NPM
repository at https://www.npmjs.com/package/iotivity-node. "Our" copy
appears to be quite old, last commit over a year ago. Should it still be
listed as a project here?
