Just a correction, the port is done by Khaled Qorany and myself with
Phillipe supporting/reviewing. We are now in the process of merging with
latest master branch. Matta thankfully managed to compile the port and
confirmed that it works.

As Phillipe and Matta pointed, the port is based on Arduino SDK for ESP8266.
