IoTivity is now part of the standard OpenWrt package feed [0]. You can install
it like every other package in OpenWrt trunk. The OpenWrt package contains some
patches to the build system which are needed to make it build on different
platforms and to provide the build options to the compiler. It should be
installable from the snapshots without compiling or you can compile it yourself
while compiling OpenWrt. When you have a patch for the IoTivity integration in
OpenWrt please create a pull request to the OpenWrt packages repository [1] at
github.

Like IoTivity the OpenWrt integration is more or less work in progress and
misses init scripts and so on.

Pat, Thiago,

I'd like this activity to be planned in OSWG or IoTivity planning because
Platform support is really good features, so that we can figure out how
competitive IoTivity is.

I haven't seen any commitment on that. So far, OS X support was a "nice if it
works" basis work by Joey and OpenWRT support is coming from Lantiq. Anyone is
allowed to come in and write support for their favourite OS or Linux
distribution and we'll do our best to accommodate the changes. If they don't
disrupt our work, why not accept them?
