I'm trying to build ioquake3, but I keep getting the following errors:

"/lburg/lburg: Syntax error: "(" unexpected", where lburg is an executable. I
tried to emacs it and see the unexpected "(", but couldn't find anything that
may lead to the solution.
Anyone has any ideas?
