More documentation is always good. I would love for this to become a serie. I am curious how engines like Unreal or Crytek or Unity work, and having documentation of this quality would be awesome. Too bad theres not a plug somewhere recomending ioQuake3. With articles like this you can attract investigators, students and other cool people to work with the Quake3 engine. The risk is for then to use vanilla Quake3 and don't benefict from the fix and enhancements of ioQuake3. This has happened before wen cool people make awesome things (like full raytracing rendering) using vanilla Quake engines :P Is not http://fd.fabiensanglard.net/quake3/q3_workspace_architecture2.png beatiful? NOTE: IANAIOQD (I am not a ioQuake3 dev, just a random internet guy lurking on the mail list). -- -- ℱin del ℳensaje. _______________________________________________ ioquake3 mailing list ioquake3@lists.ioquake.org http://lists.ioquake.org/listinfo.cgi/ioquake3-ioquake.org By sending this message I agree to love ioquake3 and libsdl.
