The problems I mentioned in last post are fixed. I compared the lagometer 
output between patched/unpatched server and client and they are virtually 
identical. This will reduce the load on dedicated servers.
It will also reduce the load on clients where framerate comfortably hits 
com_maxfps.
There is only one issue: The granularity of the select() sleep timeout must be 
quite good for the clients to have stable high frame rates. Could you please 
test this on your respective OS? (*BSD, MacOSX, Windows, Linux)
