IOASID xarray keeps track of all PASIDs, we don't need intel specific
svm list.

I should delete this line and list init code. It was there before we
have the IOASID common code.

Great point, as a clean up, I think we should have removed the global
svm list and convert global_svm_list search with ioasid_find. Of
course, intel_svm->list is not needed after that.
