*Position: **Sales Force Technical and Functional positions* *Location: **Santa Clara, CA* *Duration: 6 Months* *We are looking for 3 Sales Force Technical and 1 Sales Force Functional resources for our end customer in Bay Area.* *They are looking for candidates with 8-10 years software development experience and atleast 5 years of Sales Force specific exposure* *The essential functions of the job are:* • Manage users, data, and security for SalesForce.com. • Manage the integration between the CRM and other systems. • Analyze business requirements, procedures and problems to provide solutions. • Database maintenance and cleanup including de-duplication, ownership and transfer imports. • Provide a central point of contact for all change requests and system alterations. • Create or update training manuals, policies, and procedures. • Work with senior management to ensure key functionalities are understood and together build more CRM capabilities. • Enforce new user adoption by monitoring history. • Provide help desk support for all users. • Prioritize customization requests, and projects outsourced and/or in-house programming. • Building custom dashboards and workflows specific to certain profiles. • Provide training to users including initial training to users during onboarding processes. • Provide training opportunities for staff members and CRM users at novice, intermediate, and advanced levels on CRM functionality. • Work with IT to manage project implementation and back-end integration. • Keep up-to-date on new technologies within the CRM. • Import and export data as required to synchronize back-end systems. *Thanks & Regards* *Bala Krishna* *1114 Cadillac Ct, Milpitas, CA 95035* www.3ktechnologies.com | *[email protected]* <[email protected]> *Gmail: bala3kt Yahoo: balakrishna.movva* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "International SAP Projects" group.
