PM with any CRM/CMS platform implementation would work.
*Must Haves:*
- Experience with Veeva Vault MedComms or other Veeva document
repositories.
- *If no knowledge** of Veeva Vault, then experience with content
management systems is required.*
- Strong analytical, attention to detail, organizational and core
project management skills.
- 10+ years of experience managing technology projects following a
structured project approach utilizing project management methodologies to
ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Expert level knowledge of standard PM tools (MS Project Professional,
SharePoint, Visio, MS Office Suite)
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in system analysis to understand application configuration.
Provide guidance on best practices in configuring a content management
system.
- Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key
stakeholders; set direction and approach; resolve conflict.
- Ability to create detailed strategy and roadmaps surrounding data
warehousing, integration, and/or analytics.
- Experience working with business teams to define requirements that can
be executed by technology team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively
with a broad range of people in a professional manner
- Successful experience with implementing global IT solutions.

- Project management certification or a successful completion of a
recognized project management curriculum
*Day to Day:*
The role of the IT Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize
projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes
acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and
third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects
according to plan. The IT Project Manager will also define the project’s
objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. The IT
Project Manager works with the business line / stakeholders to define and
refine requirements and help guide the project teams to the right technical
solution.
- Define project scope taking into account stakeholder needs, priorities
and technology team capacity
- Develops the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan,
contingency plan, and related project management artifacts
- Identify milestones and work with stakeholders to develop requirements
to fulfill each project milestone.
- Rigorously manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within
agreed on time, cost, and quality parameters
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications
documents.
- Experience developing and following communication plan to maintain
clear communication with senior leadership and stake holders.
- Validates financial forecasts and provides on-going reconciliation of
resources and other related project expenditures.
- Represents the project in various project governance and
inter-department forums.
- Act as a liaison between technical team and business partners.
- Provide architectural guidance and drive infrastructure decisions in
collaboration with other technical and management stakeholders.
- Develop and/or follow Shire best practices and tools for project
execution and management.
