*SAP Project Manager Pittsburgh, PA 6 months *



Experience: 6-8 Years of Project Management experience in SAP Application
maintenance, support and development.

Desired skills/experience:

SAP application suite, general application architecture, proficiency in at
least one SAP module.

Knowledge of Waterfall Software Development Methods

Manage project financials including plan vs. actuals and forecast

Ability to manage project cost, schedule, and technical performance
requirements of project teams through all phases

ITIL Experience. Experience in SAP Service Operations, including incident
and problem management.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:



Identifies any requirement for change in the Service Operations
scope/resources and validates any changes proposed.

Supports the transition, preparation and validation of any change in the
Service Operations scope/resources.

Stakeholder management.

Perform Risk/Issue assessment, tracking, resolution and escalation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel,
SharePoint

Mentors, leads, coaches and develops employees; manages and addresses
performance issues.

Serves as the single point of escalation for all performance, cost and
relationship matters. Liaise with the IT Functional Leads & business
process owners to ensure structured feedback between Internal IT teams,
Business Customer Units and Service Operations

Coordinates the definition and implementation of measurable SLAs/KPIs of
supplier deliverables consistent with business objectives.

Conducts weekly review meetings with all the stake holders and internal
operations meetings with respective application teams.

Reviews service KPIs, SLAs and addresses any service level shortfalls with
the 3rd party Service Operations Delivery Manager.

Provides regular reporting on status of Service Operations service and
communicates with key stakeholders

Plans future service requirements and their impact on capacity and
resources.

Ensures business continuity by establishing and maintaining a ready back-up
plan in case of resource unavailability (i.e. annual leave, sickness,
network outages)

Reviews Service Operations Service performance

Other duties as assigned
