Requirements

1.    5 years of Java development (including generics, annotations,
collections, interfaces)

2.    3 years of SOAP/REST web services development experience

3.    3 years of direct experience with Java EE, Spring, or OSGI, and Agile
practices.

•             5+ years of Java experience

•             Experience with either Maven or Gradle

•             Troubleshooting experience

•             Experience consuming/producing REST and SOAP services

•             Experience using relational databases (Oracle, DB2,
SQLServer, etc.) with a solid understanding of SQL

•             Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture

•             XML

•             JSON

The most successful candidates will also have experience in the following:

•             Git + Gitflow

•             Experience developing web services with JAX-RS

•             Experience developing and consuming web services with JAX-WS

•             Understanding of security concerns and mitigation strategies
when developing public facing web services

•             JPA

•             Experience using WebSphere Application Server

•             Familiarity with client side web technologies such as
JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular

•             SiteMinder

•             Atlassian products – BitBucket, JIRA, Confluence and Bamboo
