I am not talking bureaucracy here, I'm talking about discussion on the merits. It is virtually impossible to discuss 20 proposals on the merits within a single thread. Of course, in this RFC there are not 20 different proposals - most of it is of the same type, deprecating certain function, usually for the same reason (which I coincidentally believer is wrong, but that's for another thread). However, some of these are of a different types, and I think they'd be better as separate RFCs. Especially the allow_url_include thing and closure $this thing (which I'm not sure even needs an RFC if I understand the argument right - we pretty much have no choice there).
