Or, better yet imo, please create a new document, referencing the earlier document. I've been doing some work recently to summarise what is the status of some RFCs that have been discussed repeatedly (which I'll post in a new thread), and one of the problems I had with doing that was with RFCs where the same document has been used for multiple attempts.
