My guess is that someone set up the php-src GitHub organization to troll 
people, since the Rebecca Black “Friday” music video is clearly a kind of 
rickroll. :-)

Probably no one here controls that organization—or is unwilling to admit it. I 
wonder if we can ask GitHub to close it since it causes confusion?
