Well, I'm pretty sure that there are more suitable RMs than myself, and I'm not fond of committing myself to regular and important voluntary work for several years, but "yeah sure", if nobody else steps forward, I'll do my best to serve as one of the PHP 7.3 RMs (I certainly couldn't do it alone). -- Christoph M.
