That message looks like it was as a result of *our* (lists.php.net's)
system bouncing the message (due to hitting one of the spam filter rules)
when trying to send a mail to you. I had a similar warning mail at the same
time for message #98535 which was a commit notification email [1].  This
seems to happen from time to time on seemingly random, completely innocuous
messages.
