The RFC was rejected by a vote of 4 to 6. Thanks to all who provided feedback. I'm going to think some more on this and see if I can be revised to something more agreeable. Since there were some "no" votes from people who didn't comment, I'd appreciate hearing if they had any issues that weren't covered on the list. Thanks, Adam
