Hi All, I'm desiring to propose my second RFC (thanks bishop for the intro) regarding PR2031 <https://github.com/php/php-src/pull/2031> . Seems there has been a couple PR's attempting to raise a notice when accessing non-array-like containers; and I'd like to propose something to attempt to resolve the open bugs/PR's.
