Following up on what I wrote earlier, I think we need to separate the discussion of each topic to its own thread. Some threads will be simple with not much discussion, with others probably resulting in more discussion. It's quite messy to discuss so many items (with the list growing and growing) in one thread. It's fine to keep it as one centralized RFC (and probably a good idea), but let's keep the discussions separate.
