In general, let's talk about this in a few months. Like for example in March or April, when we'll already some features and improvements into 7.1. There's no point in deciding about a release without having any vague idea what it's going to be about. Usually next (minor) releases are be 10-14 months after the next one. It doesn't really matter when you work on something… if it won't make it into 7.1, it'll be in 7.2.
