My apologies, that should say today is the 29th, not the 28th, so 2015-10-29. Unfortunately I lost my glasses when I went to PHP North West this year, and I'd procrastinated about replacing them until this week, so I misread the date at the top-right of my screen.
Since I got today's date wrong, I also got the date voting will end wrong. So, voting will actually end the Monday after next, 2015-11-09, at or after the time I sent that first email.
