So yes, as an answer, I would point the author with this statement as well : PHP is a web "low level" (somehow) programming language, on top of which you build libraries that ease and do the complex repetitive job for you. Nowadays, approaching 2016, many of such libraries exist, and many of them are of very high professional quality.
