When something is "invented" in Hack, … How is that related to PHP? Hack is a language where a major equal subset is same as in PHP, yes. But that's still not a reason to say it were "invented" for PHP. Please do not use Hack as ultima ratio here, it just is one language like C, Java etc. which happens to have more in common with PHP than most. But it still is just one other language. It's not PHP.
