He doesn't have PHP karma -- so it should have worked. idk why it didn't.

But he doesn't have wiki karma either, so I'm not sure why he is
resetting the password anyway -- Matt, you can't do anything with that
account.
I think in fact, a loggedout user has more privileges then default
registered wiki account.
