 Same here; 5.7 should only add deprecations etc. and must not add new
 features.

 PHP 5.6.X must not get any more new features and should only receive
 bug fixes. The only real work I see for PHP 5.7 is to decide which
 deprecations etc. to add. The actual implementation of those should
 be trivial.
