Maybe it would be worthwile for you to repeat your arguments or simply link them, as I do remember that you are supporting the idea of not having any other release minor release until php7 is out of the door so the development efforts are not fragmented (which as I mentioned in my previous mail I feell it would be only a shift from 5.6.x to 5.7.0 and not fragmanting the php7 development, but you seem to disagree).
